Stella Maxwell was born and raised in Wellington in Belgium and studied at Otago University, before eventually moving to Australia and then New Zealand. As is typical of some models, she was discovered while shopping with a friend. And while the five-foot-nine-inch tall 24-year-old was in last year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, this is her first year as an angel. This year, Stella joined the Angels crew for the second time at Victoria’s Secret’s New York show. he blonde bombshell grew up watching the “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show,” and although she never really thought of modeling as a career, the moment she did her first photo shoot, she was hooked. Maxwell has a unique style that makes her stand out from the rest and a pout that even Kylie Jenner would be jealous of, but it’s her cool and laid-back attitude that makes her one of the realest models out there. She’s modeled for Alexander McQueen, H&M, Puma, Urban Outfitters, Marc Jacobs and Moschino. Stella has also appeared in many magazines, including Elle, Glamour and Vogue UK.
