Interested in a pursuing career in Cosmetology? Enroll in the Cosmetology program at NEWTech Skill Center – one of 16 programs to prepare you for your education and career goals after high school.

As a Cosmetology student at NEWTech, you’ll learn techniques for hair cutting, styling and coloring, as well as basic and advanced salon operations. During your second semester, you’ll practice what you learned on real-life clients.

The NEWTech Cosmetology program gives you the opportunity to earn up to 1400 hours toward earning your Washington State Hair Design certification. This can open the door to a career as a professional hair stylist, beauty product representative, and other realms of the beauty industry.
