Joy Nichelle Randall is an experienced entrepreneur and influencer based in North Carolina. She is a licensed cosmetologist & has a degree Mass Communications & Electronic Media from North Carolina A&T State University. She spent much of her career in the beauty and fashion industry as a professional makeup artist, under her brand, Flawless Makeup Art. It was this career path that allowed her to explore all of her skills in beauty expertise, public speaking and becoming an advocate for Self Care and personal development.

Over her 15 year career as a makeup artist, her work has been seen on many celebrities and high profile clients, like singer Fantasia Barrino, NASCAR driver Jimmi Johnson and Founder of Carol’s Daughter, Lisa Price. As a well known influencer, she frequents press events like Art Basel in Miami and the Met Gala in New York. Her work and expertise has been featured in major publications like Forbes Magazine, People Magazine and Garden & Gun. Major networks she’s worked with include Fox Sports 1, MTV, BET and VH1 to name a few.

Recently, Joy has taken on the role of caregiver for her Father. As a self professed “Daddy’s Girl”, she has gladly accepted this new chapter of life. She also has a great passion for health, wellness and studies herbalism.
