Fashions at ÉCCHS
Students are introduced to the wonderful world of fashion through projects suited to their interest and ability. Some modules include working with textiles, knitwear, embroidery, fashion illustration, activewear, merchandising, pattern drafting and many more.

Foods
Topics include food basics, meal planning, nutrition, international cuisine, creative baking, meat cutting, short order cooking, meal presentation, and many more.

Cosmetology at ÉCCHS
The cosmetology program offers courses in Grades 10, 11, and 12. Students develop basic hairdressing and esthetic skills that are for personal and professional use.

Students also have the opportunity to compete at the Skills Canada competition through these courses.
