According to XXL, due to everything that happened in 2020, they were hard at work with meet and greets and zoom meetings with at least 100 freshman prospects. Among the XXL 2021 Freshman are Col Laray, Pooh Shiesty, 42 Dugg, Flo Milli, and Toosi.

Lena Waithe Launches Record Label

Lena Waithe is launching a record label, Hillman Grad Records, partnering with Def Jam. She has said that she’s looking for artists similar to Lil Nas X, H.E.R. and Jazmine Sullivan.

Victorias Secret End Angels

Victoria’s Secret is pulling the plug on their angels. They have stated that “We needed to stop being about what men want, and to be about what women want.” The new brand will include familiar faces such as Priyanka Chopra, Megan Rapinoe, Adut Akech, and more for their upcoming campaigns.
