Anastasia Vlassov has released a brand new video. Today’s video is Victoria’s secret banded booty workout. This is a 15 min booty workout that will build and shape your booty using a resistance band.

A booty band is a really versatile piece of gym equipment. Booty bands (or resistance bands) are rubber or material loops that you place around different parts of your body to create extra resistance when you’re doing exercises like squats, lunges, and stretches.

Booty band exercises let you target specific muscle groups and vary the resistance by using different strengths of booty bands, or combinations of more than one band. This workout set includes resistance band exercises for the glutes and hip abductors and overall core strength.

The use of booty bands helps activate many smaller ancillary muscles for strength and stabilization during compound booty exercise movements (where you bend more than one joint). Indeed, the functions of booty bands are vast.

The glutes are a massive muscle group in the posterior region, consisting largely of three major muscles in your butt – the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus. The muscles help us to perform activities like moving forward, stopping, jumping up, as well as picking things up from the floor. Booty bands help break apart muscle fibers in your hips, glutes, and legs so they can rebuild to increase strength and structure in your posterior (backside).
