This 12 minute Victoria’s Secret Bum workout will give you a perky booty and sculpt your glutes. You can do this workout at home with dumbbells or a kettlebell for an extra burn & to make your bum grow faster. If you don’t have weights you can also do it without. I included butt exercises that the Victoria’s Secret models always do before a shoot or a show. During these 12 minutes we focus on lifting the bum, make it nice pumped and perky. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.
