The Payal Singhal Spring 2015 collection is an ode to the enchanting Gulmarg valley in Kashmir where time seems to have stood still. Where paradise is not a paradox, it\u2019s a reality. The contradiction of freedom that the valley doesn’t really have, to the feeling of exhilaration in being there is intriguing and intoxicating.
