Sanjay Garg’s opening show for Amazon India Fashion Week ‘Mashru’ explored the handwoven textile in geometric forms. The collection comprised of straight fit kurtas paired with cigarette pants, handwoven saris and long jackets in saturated colours. <\/p>\n
Amongst others, Anavila showcased 100 per cent knitted linen garments. Her collection of saris followed the colours of the day, starting with beiges ending in midnight blues. Swimwear designers Shivan & Narresh’s collection ‘Diego’ was inspired by Mexican artist Diego Rivera. Based on his artwork the designers created prints. The collection also went in dessert colours of peach, pink and mint interspersed with green. The duo also dabbled in accessories such as gladiator heels and cross body bags.<\/p>\n
