Since color is my passion I definitely wanted a school who&#8217;s focus was on color. So I did a little research on color brands first and Aveda, seemed great but their color number system was so different from the rest I wanted to learn the basics and be able to apply what I learned to any brand.  So basically I didn&#8217;t want to be stuck on the brand I learned with necessarily.  The school I choose, academy for salon professionals -A Redken affiliated school, also had business and marketing course which I found very helpful, more than I thought I needed.
