*** I had a VERY good question that I should have clarified in this video. I do not put any foundation on under my eyes before (or after) I do this. I just put the concealer on after my eye serum…then the powder. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Make sure your eye tissue is well hydrated w\/ a light lipid serum. Light serums are great. You can use your favorite eye cream as long as it absorbs nicely.<\/p>\n
