The Cosmetology Program qualifies students for the Indiana State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examination. Students in this program must be entering Junior year and commit to a 2-year program. Due to the number of contact hours, this program follows a different schedule – AM 7:15 – 11:15, PM 11:45 – 3:45. This program is not offered at Lake Central. <\/p>\n

Cosmetology is designed to develop proficiency in all skills of beauty culture. Activities include:<\/p>\n

\nscalp treatment
\nfacial treatment
\nhair cuts
\nhair coloring
\nmanicures
\npedicures
