I just wanted to casually sit down and talk about a topic that I’ve experienced from both perspectives (as an unhappy client myself and as a stylist who has had unhappy clients). I think good customer service skills are A MUST when you’re a cosmetologist, and knowing how to professionally handle a dissatisfied customer is extremely important.
