If the finger was accidentally cut at State Board during a haircut by scissors or razor, the cosmetology student can administer First Aid properly:
1. wash hands with soap and water
2. dry the hands
3. apply antiseptic on the cut
4. apply band aid
5. wear a glove on the hand that has the cut finger
Now the beauty student is ready to continue the State Board procedure to get his/her cosmetology license.
