Naturally, as more people join the Q&A live people will start to ask questions which you can then answer right then and there. This is a great way to gain your consumer’s trust. Imagine you had a question about a brand and were able to talk directly with the CEO and have them answer your questions for you?! That would be pretty cool and you would certainly feel closer ( and offer more trust ) with that brand in the end.
