You DO NOT need to label the zip lock bag were you will be placing your: Cotton, Spatulas, sponges , Gloves . If you do they might deduct points. Read the PSI packet, Video was recorded prior to that specification. Also LABEL the trash bag that you set up in the Sanitation and disinfection section
It must be labeled.
